As a Clinical Application Specialist IGT-S Indonesia, you will provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training and handing over of company products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product clinical specifications for the development and implementation of customerapplications/solutions.


Your Role:

  • Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations. Support and advise the sales force during customer acquisition.
  • Developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share
  • Actively participating with sales team in coordinating and executing clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations
  • Educating sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes. Keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment
  • Supporting new products launches
  • Customer Trainings and handover of newly installed IGT-S products or new end-users.
  • Set up application training schedules, in close cooperation with the customer.
  • Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the deliveredcathlabs,patient monitors and C-arm equipment.
  • Report to IGT-S business unit on difficulties in optimal usage of the equipment
  • Responsible for delivering customized (competency based) training material pack – if / when required
  • Support user group meetings if / when required.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction.
  • Support and advise the sales force during acquisition.
  • Stay "on track" with the new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment.
  • Be aware and to always manage the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations. In the event of hazards or accidents, to take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office.
  • Ensure that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, complies with the company's quality policy.
  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
  • As a Clinical Application Specialist IGT-S Indonesia, you will be part of APAC IGT-S Clinical Applications Specialist Team and you may need to cover other countries outside of Indonesia in case other IGT-s clinical application specialist are not available.

  • University degree in relevant allied health discipline majors
  • Cathlab, C-arm and radiation safety in-depth knowledge, proficiency in one of the clinical segments such as Interventional Cardiology,Radiology, vascular,Neurology.
  • Preferably minimum of 2-5 years of experience at Clinical applications or as a radiographer in a hospital setting.
  • Experience on using Cathlab or C-arms and advanced applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to utilize problem-solving, critical thinking and priority-setting skills.
  • Speaking, understanding, and writing fluently English in addition to local language.
  • Teaching experience in a clinical environment preferred.
  • No obstacle to travel extensively with-in Indonesia and within APAC when necessary.

  • Track product availability and pick, pack and ship product for delivery.

  • Count stock and identify damaged, lost, found goods.

  • For outbound delivery ensure truck/container is loaded and documents are attached to shipment.

  • In all execution control and secure quality of warehouse (correct picking/shipping of deliveries, no damages).

  • Education background of diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major.

  • Minimum 8 years working experience of Store & Material handling Supervisor in manufacturing environment.

  • Advanced computer skills with experience in ERP and Reporting systems (SAP).

  • Practical working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Project Management and Change Management (Lead improvement Projects in warehousing and Automation, not just a project member)

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end in-house logistics management.

  • Excellent leadership as well as Change and project management skills demonstrated.

  • Knowledge in I4.0 and ability to initiate & implement Warehouse Automation/Digital Transformation.

  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and import/export formalities.

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to support data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in supply chain management (areas such as supply planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution), best practices, and industry trends on a global scale.

  • Practical knowledge and experience with CI tools Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, JI, DMAIC and similar tools and methods are preferred.

  • Working knowledge of using MS Office, SAP and other systems relating to logistics and warehouse management.
