Account Manager - Medical Imaging VIC
Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager Imaging South, you will be instrumental in developing and managing numerous business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships across our Imaging (MR, CT, Diagnostic Xray) portfolio. Your Capital Equipment / Medical Device sales experience coupled with your ability to influence at all levels will be key to your success in the role.

Your challenge

  • Achieving and growing sales in your territory and assisting in advancing revenue and market position consistent with company goals

  • Achieving solid account penetration, manage and growing new and existing accounts

  • Developing and managing key customer relationships.

  • Deliver clinical, technical and sales support to customers in collaboration with the business unit and applications team

  • Developing and executing professional education workshops/events for new and experienced customers in collaboration with the business unit and applications team

  • Delivers persuasive and informative presentations to senior customer audiences, effectively communicating complex solutions to support high-impact sales activities

  • Maintaining up to date CRM and sales tools and providing regular updates to the National Sales Manager and key stakeholders

  • Experience in managing radiology capital equipment sales

  • Ideally having existing knowledge of Imaging providers

  • Exceptional understanding of the sales processes with the ability to protect and grow market share

  • High levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve results

  • Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to build strong internal and external networks

  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior customer audiences

  • Experience in building and executing a strategy for targeted accounts

  • Proactively identify control deficiencies and work with business to mitigate deficiencies / risks.
  • Preparation of Journal Vouchers, Balance sheet Account Reconciliation (BSARs, GBSR), Internal Controls related documentation
  • Preparation of judgmental JVs
  • Month-close activities
  • Liaise with Market stakeholders on the regular activities / alignment/escalation management
  • Provide accurate & timely data for fiscal reporting and other requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Support year-end audits including, process walkthrough, test of controls, documentation, coordination.
  • Ensures all business events and transactions are properly recorded and justified
  • Understanding the complexities involved in Long-term Strategic Partnership (LSP) deals & recording the associated journal entries.
  • Achieving RTR (Record to Report) Goals & Key performance Indicators

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • CA/CMA Qualified with 3+ Yrs at least or MBA Finance/ Semi qualified Finance professionals eg: CA, CMA etc with at least 7+ years of experience
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in SAP would be preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, penchant for bringing new ideas and looking for continuous improvements

You are responsible for

  • Ensure that the accounting is done accurately and on time.
  • Review that all balances are correctly held and that adequate reconciliations are available with appropriate documentation

  • Preparation & Review of JVs, BSARs, GBSR, Internal Controls related documentation
  • Month-close activities

  • Provide accurate & timely data for fiscal reporting and other requirements.
  • Prepare & share documentation/samples for audit
  • Responsible for managing 3rd party colleagues on transactional activities.
  • Responsible for Continuous Improvement projects and drive standardization as per goals.
  • Provide commentary for the variances in Trial Statement Review & lead TSR calls as & when required
  • Achieving RTR Goals & Key performance Indicators

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Your role:

This role is forHS ZoneLead - NOR/CEE.with the strategy of the organization.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Oversees monthly financial closing and other accounting process performed in Global HUB.

  • Drives successful completion of Project Zenith

  • Ensure all KPIs related to BSAR, GBSR, TSR, audit, etc are met in the ORU(s)

  • Accountable for integrity of the financials pertaining to all ORUs within the Zone/s assigned. Primary accountability to Market Accops Lead / Financial Controller and Region/Business RTR lead

  • As a Zone Lead accountable for effectively reviewing the ICS controls

  • Interacts actively with regional RTR and Accounting controllers of the ORUs to assure seamless hand over and support for the ORUs on boarded in the Global HUB.

  • Accountable for implementing and driving standardization.

  • Responsible to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with RTR Process Ops & Transformation Lead to address these.

  • Implement and train on new directives and policies implemented

  • Lead teams of RTR AS and owns operational performance, coaching and development of this team

  • Partners with Zone stakeholders in aligning common priorities for success

  • Standardization of Process and demonstrating oversight on content

  • Assures high quality process in RTR. Pre-MEC, TSR, BSR.
