You will be responsible for creating service user documentation as part of DCP Service planning and design team, according to the defined processes and quality standards and to represent the user documentation discipline in the project.

Your role:

• Create high-quality end-user documentation for our products that meet defined standards and deadlines.

• Collect and transform input from various experts into user documentation, organizing necessary discussions and reviews.

• Communicate documentation status to the project team and provide informal support to less experienced colleagues.

You're the right fit if:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical writing.

• Solid experience with documentation.

• English fluency (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Experience in writing and proofreading content.

• Knowledge about structured authoring (XML/ CMS).

• Are able to leverage new technology such as:

  • Animation created with CREO illustrate

  • HTML manual created with ArborText

  • HTML manual has interactivity (hot spots/clickable functions)

  • Create Augmented Reality pieces using ArborText

• Ability to interact effectively with project stakeholders and different levels of management.

It's a plus if:

• Experience in Agile Development process.

• Experience in a medical device or other regulated industry.

Your role:

Vue PACS and Vue RIS are state of the art image management and radiology data systems provide completely scalable local and wide area software solutions for hospital’s radiology departments.

Responsibilities :

· Create user documentation, according to the defined processes and quality standards. To represent the user documentation discipline in projects, and to coordinate the user documentation planning in line with the project requirements and deadlines.

· Work in a global organization. Adaptivity to time zones and regions is expected.

You're the right fit if you have :

· Relevant academic degree.

· Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience.

· Working in a regulatory products environment – medical preferred.

· Experience working for an enterprise corporate or big organizations – advantage

· Experience with ST4, Jira, TFS – advantage.

· Experience working with translation providers – advantage.

· Excellent communication skills. Team player
