You are responsible for
· Delivering technical Vue PACS and ISPACS training courses both virtually and In Person. (Multiple world Markets)
· Creating content and assessments for Vue PACS and ISPACS related training courses.
· Making training adjustments to master training environments.
· Working with senior Learning Specialist to support Philips PACS related products
· Working with Radiology Informatics operations team members to update training calendar for internal/external training and submission of session request forms.
· Making adjustments to training courses in the Learning Management System.
· Engaging with Subject Matter Experts to extract high quality learning content and managing the subject matter experts input and feedback in the end-to-end process.
· Assist with creation of student and instructor guides.
· Offer input in creation of training plans for internal customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
· A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with Philips PACS systems.
· Vue and ISPACS Experience
Experience with deploying and configuring virtual environments.
· Networking Certification a plus
· Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
·· Obtained or working to achieved CTT+ and VCTT+ training certification.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom meeting software.
· Knowledge and experience utilizing Learning Management System.
· Proficiency with Microsoft office products.
· Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
· An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to set goals and motivate a multi-functional team to achieve them.
· Ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures

Your role:
• Participates in full software development processes, working with broader autonomy and in pairing mode with other software team members, challenging requirements, design, and quality.
•Full Stack Development: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Back-End Development (Dual Expertise):
Go (Golang): Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable back-end services, APIs, and microservices using Go. Leverage Go's concurrency features and standard library effectively.
Front-End Development: Develop and maintain engaging and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, and CSS. Ensure seamless integration with both Go and .NET back-end services.
Database Management: Design and implement efficient database schemas and interact with various database systems relevant to both Go and .NET applications (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis). Optimize database queries for performance.
API Design and Integration: Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs that cater to the needs of both Go and .NET based applications. Integrate with internal and external services.
Testing: Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the software developed in both Go and .NET.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in both the Go and .NET ecosystems, as well as front-end technologies.
• Takes on moderately complex software development tasks, collaborating with senior team members to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements.
• Develops and executes comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and system tests, to ensure software reliability, performance, and adherence to specifications.

Senior Specialist I - Clinical
Your role:
• Should have a good understanding of the clinical workflows in the product areas concerned. For example – CT/MRI applications development, he/she should be well versed in the CT and MRI domain (the scanner types, different scanning techniques, details of some clinical applications etc.)
• Should be able to clarify all clinical requirements obtained from end customers and marketing and translate them into a mode that can be communicated to engineering teams (development and verification).
• Should be able to define and provide clarity on clinical workflows in the domain of concern – for example CT/MRI in the above example
• Should be able to improve the clinical competence of development and verification teams through clinical sessions/workshops etc.
• Should write relevant use case documents or requirements documents based on the high level marketing and end-customer requirements
• Should possess hands on experience in authoring and maintaining use case and requirements documents.
• Should be able to test the system under development from an expert verifier point of view and identify bugs and deviations from the originally defined requirements. Should be able to identify and report critical issues involving patient safety and hazardous situations (e.g. wrong identification of patients) etc.
• Should be able to understand the concepts of product validation along with the regulatory aspects associated with it and be able to work in the validation team for product validation.
• Should be able to classify /provide clinical inputs to classify defects judiciously (keeping in the mind patient safety, product quality etc.)
• Should have a fair understanding of software development life cycle
• Should possess good communication skills coupled with a solid understanding of the clinical domain
