Job Description Summary:

The service administrator is responsible for handling the service annual report collection and analysis including service working report, parts consumption and price inquiry, then prepare it according to the requirements from customers to better serve our customer and win the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect the annual service report on regular frequency from sales and customers
• Collect service working report and parts consumption cross team internally, then analyze the usage if necessary
• Double check the consistency of the service annual report with the contract, ensure the accuracy of the report
• Prepare and send the final annual report to customers
• Prepare the Sofon of TM project of GCR service of IGT and CT
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Minimum required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree
• IT informatics major is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Automation tool development e.g. RPA or Power automate

Data Analysis & Interpretation

Your role:

• Support to identify CR (change request) activities for procurement, make sure 100% ECN, IR/SL implement well.
• Edit ECN, send ECN to supplier, and upload signed ECN to windchill system.
• Inquiry price according to CR requirement.
• Support SAP IR/SL maintenance, fill IR templet.
• Download PDP/ CDP according to procurement task requirement.
• Support LCM/NPI activities such as suppliers or any parts information collection. Communicate with suppliers according to task requirement.
• Internal communication for better understanding the requirements and needs for cross function.
• Support document upload or download in system in case of urgency.
• Purchase data collection and editing (report) according to procurement requirement.

Key Area of Responsibilities

• The Amazon e-commerce manager is responsible for individual markets and managing the local Joint Business Plan (JBP) with all related trade investments in compliance with the regional plan for Amazon. The focus will be to drive sell out, consumer pull and consumer activation including e trade activities. He/she will also have a local alignment and coordination role to secure synergies with other channels in the market.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $112,500 to $180,000.
