Senior Product Sales, IGT-S

Your Role:

Deliver pre-sales support to further grow Image Guided Therapy-System (IGT-S) business and help potential customer better understand product features & benefits and service to their particular needs which make difference among competitors.

  • Supports sales in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.
  • Participating in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region according to established guidelines.
  • Working together with sales to implement marketing and sales plans including business partner/sales training, selling strategy alignment, reference sites, KOL, promotion activities and customers experience management
  • Assisting sales with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition.
  • Understanding and addressing competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation
  • Supporting the Account Managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals including balanced selling and BG/BIU AOP attainment and validating product forecasts.
  • Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management
  • Monitoring competition and changes in the industry, and provides effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
  • Driving continuous improvements via Lean Key performance indicators

Your Role:

  • Quality Control and Improvement

- Support MQ and SQE to conduct incoming failure parts analysis.

- Work with quality team to fulfil QMS requirement and support TUV, CFDA, and FDA audit.

  • Line Sustaining

- Update WI and DHR according to ECR from designer or PPC.

- Daily NC analysis, find root cause and drive improvement.

- Support change controller to execute ECO in production on time and minimize the line

- Introduce new product / new process / new part in production.

  • LEAN and Cost Reduction

- Continuously improve production efficiency by standardized work, line balance and automation project.

- Optimize production process and eliminate waste using lean method and tools.

- Organize and lead the lean activities and other improvement project.

  • Equipment Trouble Shooting and Improvement

- Familiar with electrical test platform.

- Identify opportunities to improve current equipment or create new equipment and work with R&D or supplier to realize the requirement.

- Define the URS to guide new equipment purchasing and the equipment qualification.

- Define the gauge calibration requirement.

  • Digital Transformation and data analysis

You're the right fit if:

  • B.S. or above in electrical, electronic engineering.

  • Familiar with AC, DC design and tuning.

  • Experience of X-Ray testing is preferred.

  • 8 years of experience working in medical device manufacturing or finish medical device assembly or testing.

  • Familiar with FDA Quality Systems Regulations and ISO13485 Quality System.

  • Experience of Windchill and SAP.

  • Knowledge and methodology of six sigma and Lean manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of process verification and validation knowledge.

  • Knowledge of EMC and regulatory test requirement.

Senior R&D Project Leader-Pipeline


Responsible for E2E Project Management tasks for the MR products cross over AD (Advance Development), NPD, NPI program.
Your role:


The Senior R&D Project Manager will lead project-planning activities (supported by Functional Managers and critical team members), track progress (scope, budgets, timelines, resourcing) and aggressively exploit opportunities and mitigate risks. Routine communication of progress with Leadership will be required. The Senior R&D Project Manager may occasionally be involved at various levels with strategic issues at a department level and / or corporate level, though their primary focus will be at the team level. The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a comprehensive project for a large group of project team members, which requires significant cross-functional communication and management skills.

  • Developing and managing project plans, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and communication, to Product Development Leadership and Senior Leadership.

  • Recommend course corrections to the project plan as required and build them into the plan.

  • Develop key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure progress. Establish measurement and reporting framework to review progress with key stakeholders.

  • Actively evaluating project for opportunities to improve performance; continuously monitors risk and mitigates as appropriate.

  • Motivate the team and ensure team has clear targets to enable top quality delivery the first time.

  • Apply ongoing risk management techniques and embed mitigating actions into the project plan.

  • Align functional and BU team activities to instill a structured, hierarchal project approach.

  • Clear obstacle, drive decisions required to stay on schedule.

  • Uses appropriate project management tools.

  • Providing guidance and coaching/mentoring to team members as appropriate.

  • Partners with non-project members as required.

  • Develop and execute a communication plan engaging the team to drive results.

  • Other duties as required.


You're the right fit if:

  • Master of Science or Engineering, and above. Advanced degree is preferred (PhD, or MS+MBA).

  • Strong technical background will be preferred.

  • At least 10 years’ working within Product Development, with a desired 5 years leading projects of increasingly complex scope.

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading a R&D team or project manager team will be a plus.

  • Strong Project Management experience required.

  • Generally, has been part of at least 5 new product development cycles as a Sr. Project Leader (concept to launch)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills required.

  • Good communication and team work.

  • Experience within a regulated industry required (medical devices desirable, along with knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485)

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis tools preferred. Ability to innovate cost-saving ideas preferred.

  • Prior experience with factory setup or transfer will be a plus.

  • Computer-literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.

  • Six-sigma knowledge required. Certification preferred.

  • Global travel required.

  • Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin).
