As a ISC Transformation Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and managing supply chain transformation initiatives within an organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic programs aimed at optimizing and improving the efficiency, agility, and effectiveness of the supply chain operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of supply chain transformation projects on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
Your role:
Strategy Development
Collaborate with the different functions (e.g. R&D, ISC, Quality, Regulatory, Regions) to define the overall supply chain transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify key areas for improvement and develop a comprehensive roadmap for transforming the supply chain function.
Conduct thorough analysis of current supply chain processes, systems, and technologies to identify gaps and areas of improvement.
Program Planning and Execution
Develop and execute supply chain programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. This includes defining program scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and milestones for supply chain transformation initiatives.

Expertise in change management and a demonstrated ability to lead and influence organizational change. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
