Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in personal health, medial

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other relevant certifications.

Your Role

As the Senior Procurement Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end sourcing initiatives for electrical component modules, focusing on pre-NPI (New Product Introduction) phases. You’ll act as the strategic interface between engineering/module teams and our commodity teams, translating product and technical requirements into actionable sourcing briefs and enabling supplier-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Optimization Leadership: Champion cost optimization by challenging the status quo and finding the right balance between product requirements, consumer needs, and supplier capabilities. Leverage deep insight into electrical components and product functionality to drive competitive advantage.
  • Project Leadership: Lead pre-NPI scouting and sourcing projects for electrical components, ensuring alignment with product development timelines and technical specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Interface: Serve as the bridge between module teams and procurement, facilitating clear communication and strategic alignment.
  • Sourcing Briefs: Translate complex product and engineering requirements into structured, actionable sourcing briefs.
  • Innovation Enablement: Identify and pursue supplier-enabled innovation opportunities tied to concrete NPI product needs.
  • Roadmap Facilitation: Guide long-term roadmap discussions between module teams and suppliers to ensure future readiness and strategic alignment.
  • Negotiation Strategy: Support defining negotiation strategies with our commodity team and support execution to maximize business outcomes.
  • Risk & Value Assessment: Evaluate supplier capabilities, risks, and value contributions in the context of product and business goals.
  • Lifecycle Support: Oversee sourcing activities across product lifecycle phases, including Phase-In/Phase-Out (PIPO) planning.
  • Resilience: Support initiatives through kaizen events and continuous improvement programs to shorten lead times, define global supply footprint and local eco systems.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a focus on electrical components.
  • Proven success in leading complex sourcing projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of global and China-specific supply markets and trends.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer goods or health technology sectors.
  • Experience with digital procurement platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experienced with latest LLM and AI tools to leverage in your daily work
  • Certifications such as PMP, CPSM, or APICS.

You are responsible for

Delivering required product design inputs to all development phases like value proposition creation, advanced development, platform creation and product development. Within the Design team, you can also find yourself working on Design Strategies, Portfolio frameworks and Business specific Design Language Systems.   • Independently lead projects with good understanding of budget and time constraints, driving efficiency and holding project level design quality reviews.

To succeed in this role

You need a consumer first attitude, end-to-end experience mindset and meet the following criteria:

  • You have 5-10 years’ of relevant experience in one or more relevant business domains and in one or more markets and cultures.
  • You are a ‘T-shaped’ Product Designer with excellent product design skills, a broad interest in Product, UX and user interaction design and curiosity for new technologies.
  • You have good analytical & conceptual skills to increase domain knowledge, create relevant insights leading to meaningful and innovative solutions that appropriately address user-needs.
  • You have worked in multidisciplinary teams and partnered with specialists in digital and communication design in order to develop fully integrated new propositions from start to end.
  • You have experience in leading product design processes from idea all the way to the technical realization.
  • You have experience in designing small or stand-alone electronic devices (preferred) product and service combinations is a plus.
  • You are able to create effective visual languages and understand the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market and culture.
  • You have a professional, ambitious and collaborative mindset.

  • You have a strong narrative ability in verbal and written communication.
