• Support team to create APQP and SAPQP Doc#
• QIR system maintenance of new and changed part
• Support team to upload APQP documents to Windchill system for release
• Support team to track SQN open/close status
• SPM raw data (for example: consume and rejection Qty ) collection
• Support team to provide quality data (for example: monthly OPS Quality review data) to cross team
• Support team to create SICR Doc# and upload to Windchill system for release
• Support team to create RFS Doc# and upload to Windchill system for release
• Support team to track SICR review/approval status
• Support team to translate APQP Doc and procedure etc for external audit
• Acting as administrator for team

:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficient in English, including excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Available to work 3-5 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 3 months

GBS Ultrasound Japan Intern
• Systematic administration of contract (creation, logistics tracking and archiving).
• Understanding the content of the contracts and driving related actions (e.g. fulfillment, invoicing) across all channels and ensure accuracy of calculations and payments within contractual terms and conditions.
• Facilitate Contract Performance Monitoring. Evaluate and communicate gaps between current contract value and required contract value to meet business goals
• Supporting in compliance audits
• Contract review and control process – review sales contract completeness and approve sales contract
• Cooperate with sales support, order management, project manager and other functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in contract fulfillment and execution. Evaluate and Monitor Contract Execution
• Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN

- 具有CET-6证书。

- 熟练使用Microsoft Office（Word、Excel）。
