You will be part of a lean and nimble procurement team consists of experienced logistics and Supply Chain professionals. You will be based in Shanghai collaborating with both domestics and overseas team members. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional business teams at various levels of the organization for projects on regional/global scale

You are responsible for

  • Manage small scale projects in the implementation of global strategy of Supplier Base Rationalization. Support on the analysis or coordination for large scaleprojects;

  • Understand saving mechanism of every opportunities implemented. On monthly basis, provide accurate reports on actual savings in a structured, efficient and timelyway;

  • Handle the negotiation and contract amendment triggered by regular contract renewal, scope creep, policy changes,etc;

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain up-to-date status for the actions agreed during Annual ReviewMeetings;

  • Any other projects as assigned by the line manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Currently pursuing abachelor or masterdegree in universities, preferably in Logistics or Business related fields;

  • Proficient in using Excel & Word &Powerpoint. FluentinEnglish;

  • Prior procurement or logistics related internship experienceisan advantage, but not a prerequisite;

  • Problem solving skills is critical in this role. A strong candidate shall have the ability to understand issues quickly, come up with solutions logically and communicate concisely.

Your role:

  • Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of advanced sales methodologies, processes, and tools that drive funnel health, optimize sales execution, and accelerate revenue growth. Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure commercial strategy is fully integrated across the business and benchmark and implement best practices from across the healthcare and technology industries to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Champion adoption of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced sales analytics/visualization tools to increase sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and pipeline transparency. Maintain and continuously improve commercial model analytics to drive informed, data-based decision-making at both the market and customer level.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning. Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement to build long-term organizational capability.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years in sales excellence, sales operations, or commercial strategy, with proven success leading large-scale commercial transformation. Healthcare or medical technology experience highly preferred; experience working with IDNs and large, complex healthcare systems desirable. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable impact on revenue, margin, and customer outcomes.
  • Your skills include strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), sales analytics, and data visualization tools. Advanced business model knowledge including commercial policies, order booking, and delivery processes. Lean/Continuous Improvement certification or equivalent preferred.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You’re an experienced people leader with a track record developing and inspiring a team of high-performing professionals, while partnering closely with executives and major customers. You are able to travel potentially 25% of the time.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $146,000 to $233,000.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $153,000 to $246,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $161,000 to $258,000.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $172,000 to $275,000.

Your role:

  • Lead multiple programs – functional leadership: Manage Usability backlog, priorities and planning across programs.

  • Design acumen: Prioritize design and communicate short-term cross-functional strategy that pushes the envelope on product level with deep understanding of the business context and domain knowledge.
  • Business impact: Able to influence, inspire, and engage different stakeholders and customers on product level.
  • Best practices and improvements: SME for the Usability Process, ensure continuous process improvement satisfying standard and regulatory updates, across markets (FDA, IEC, NMPA).
  • Team development: mentor, onboard or assist junior designers, and advocate across functions on usability expertise, best practices.
  • Team up: Act as a mentor and guide for Usability members, while leading by examples, influence cross-functional collaboration, and fostering innovation in project and team dynamics.

    • Human research methodologies; qualitative and qualitative research
    • Design, manage and conduct Usability studies (formative, summative)
  • Experienced with usability standards specific to medical devices (IEC 62366, FDA guidance, EU-MDR, and NMPA). And you understand risk management principles (e.g., ISO 14971) and their application to medical device usability.
  • Academic background in industrial design, product design, or cognitive psychology with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction or Human Factors.
  • You have strong problem-solving, effective communication skills and (senior) stakeholder management
  • You can translate user insights into actionable design recommendations.
