The role will normally be located in Brisbane ; however, Philips may require you to work at alternative locations including inter and intrastate such as Brisbane and Sydney on a as need basis.
Be able to work reasonable additional hours outside business hours at such times as are necessary to efficiently and effectively carry out the job role as defined by Philips from time to time due to the criticality of the equipment, this will include on call support.
You will have:
Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles. While familiarity with medical equipment like Ultrasound and Diagnostic X-Ray is desirable, candidates from various industries are welcome.
You currently hold a Restricted Electrical License
A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or experience as an Engineer in the Australian Defense Force specializing in Communications Electronics, RADAR, Instrumentation or Avionics.
Strong IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You will also need to hold a full AU drivers license and already have Australian working rights.

This is a crucial role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will have overall responsibility for delivering end-to-end projects on time, on budget, and to the required standards. This will be achieved through your active involvement in the Order Acquisition Process (Sales) and effective execution of the Order Realization Process of small to large installations of mobile and fixed medical imaging systems.
Your role:
Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre-sales process
Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and customer needs
Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes
Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phases
Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed on time.
Conducting regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Managing and communicating project risks and issues, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
Conducting pre and post calculation project reviews including project ''Lessons Learnt''
Organizing the execution of the installation and required user training
Manage the transition from project execution to closure and to business service support
You're the right fit if:
Clinical experience within Radiography, Medical Imaging, and a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information Systems
You will have qualifications in either engineering, healthcare, project management or equivalent, and ideally also be a Certified Project Manager; PMP or equivalent.
You will bring a sound track record of Project Management experience within in healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery or construction projects, in a B2B environment
Experience in contract and risk management as well as a solid understanding of the supply chain process, and working with large cross functional teams
Sound negotiation, conflict and stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication skills
High level of software literacy across MS Office suite , Salesforce, MS Project, MS Visio, CAD
