Job Description:

We seek a highly competent Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for our Senior Leaders. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and be extraordinarily capable of juggling diverse responsibilities. Additionally, you must be a masterful problem-solver, an exceptional communicator, and an organizational force.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Understand business priorities, provide complex calendar management (Outlook), deliver operational excellence, and proactively anticipate and support the needs of our Senior Leaders.

  • Strategic approach to coordinating and scheduling meetings. Ensuring requests have a clearly defined purpose and time zone sensitivities are considered.

  • React with appropriate urgency to requests/situations requiring a quick turnaround and take effective action without knowing the whole picture.

  • Align with Senior Leaders on weekly priorities. Understand and help to execute our people and business priorities and processes.

  • Event organization and management of team on and off-site and team-building activities.

  • Manage expenses and travel arrangements (domestic & international). Process system approvals in a timely manner.

  • Foster strong relationships and trust with Executive Assistants, Business Operations, and key business partners across PayPal.

What You Need to Bring

  • 8+ years’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Slack-based culture.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and prioritize leader’s calendar based on rapidly shifting priorities.

  • Strong calendar management skills, including coordinating complex executive meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight. Execute with high confidentiality, integrity, discretion, and high attention to detail.

  • Team player with strong collaboration skills. Communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively.
