- Independently draft and revise complex legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings in a clear, organized format.
- Manage larger or more complex case files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Liaise directly with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather information and coordinate case activities.
- Assist in developing case strategy and preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and administrative staff.
Expected Qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors’ degree or paralegal certificate (ABA approved) is required.

- Independently manage litigation support for employment matters, including drafting litigation hold notices, compiling case documentation, and assisting with communications related to active disputes and investigations.
- Experience in Employment Law
- Experience supporting global teams
- Apply a high degree of attention to detail and a proactive approach to paralegal work.
Travel Percent:
