This job delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). It involves advising management on project-level issues, guiding junior engineers, operating with little supervision, and applying knowledge of technical best practices.

- Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
- Advises immediate management on project-level issues
- Guides junior engineers
- Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
- Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions
Expected Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Your Day to Day
- Design, develop and implement LLM-based agent systems using advanced machine learning techniques
- Develop and deploy AI tools in full-stack manner, to help engineering team improve work efficiency.
- Evaluate the performance of existing agents and develop improved solutions.
- Collaborate with other machine learning engineers to jointly develop the internal AI platform.
Job Requirements:
- This is a 12 weeks full-time internship starting on 22 June 2026.
- Degree relevant to Machine Learning, Computer Science, AI, or related technical field, graduating between end 2026 to mid 2027.
- Strong engineering skills, with proficiency in full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, agents, LLM/Agent evaluation, and prompt engineering; experience with finetuning and reinforcement learning is a plus.
- Proficient with Python, JavaScript.
- Good business sense and logical thinking.
- Strong debugging and triaging skills to identify gaps in current solutions and suggest fixes/enhancements.
- Proven ability to work independently and proficiently on well-defined projects; focuses primarily on achieving overall business objectives with speed and quality.
- Skilled in presenting – can effectively communicate in large or small group settings.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
Degree relevant to Machine Learning, Computer Science, AI, or related technical field, graduating between end 2026 to mid 2027.

Own end-to-end quality of deliverables during all phases of the software development lifecycle. Work with managers, leads and peers to come up with implementation options. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage continuously changing business needs.
Technical Skills: Strong programming skills and expertise in Java, Ruby, Spring and Hibernate Experience with REST API's, Web Services, Unit Testing and build tools. Good understanding and hands on experience with databases such as MySQL/ Oracle etc. Strong understanding of web-based programming languages Rich object-oriented design and analysis skills
Personal Traits: Be a quick learner undaunted by new and complex systems. Take risks and thrive in an environment of constant change. Exposure and participation in tech events, hackathons, contributions to open source, authoring of blogs and active participation in online tech forums is a plus.
