As a Major Account Manager located in Palo Alto, the tech hub of the United States, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, discovering customer needs, and providing solutions that promote long-term customer satisfaction.
The ideal Major Account Manager is an energetic, driven professional with a successful track record of cultivating relationships and developing B2B business in the tech industry. This is a highly integrated sales role and the ability to proactively identify and propose solutions to complex customer needs is vital.
Your role will also include maintaining customer relationships and upselling additional services. A willingness to travel is also required as you may be called upon to meet with clients to better understand their prospects and leverage key relationships to create new opportunities.
