Your Career
We are seeking an experiencedto own factory process and quality—driving stability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Based on-site at our Austin, Texas facility, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for process and quality, optimizing workflows, resolving issues in real time, and delivering measurable improvements.
Your Impact
Production & Process Improvement : Identify and resolve bottlenecks, improve workflows, and maintain process control for stability.
Quality Engineering & RCA : Lead RCA investigations, implement CAPA, and apply tools such as FMEA, 8D, and 5-Whys to sustain continuous improvement.
Testing, Inspection & Compliance : Standardize processes across sites, escalate quality issues, ensure proper CAPA implementation, and drive top-issue reduction.
Quality Metrics & Reporting : Own metrics like FPY, Bonepile, and CAPA effectiveness; provide clear, accurate reporting to leadership.
Your Experience
7+ years in manufacturing/process/quality engineering within high-mix, high-reliability hardware environments.
Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes, test and inspection methodologies, and process controls.
Proven expertise in RCA, CAPA, and quality engineering methodologies; hands-on with Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
Strong analytical and communication skills; able to simplify complex data for fast decisions and influence across suppliers, factories, and design/test teams.
Comfortable working independently as the primary on-site point of contact, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Your Career
Seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvements. This role requires expertise in process control, continuous improvement, industrial engineering, and quality engineering to enhance efficiency and maintain high product quality standards. The engineer will serve as the point of contact for all factory quality and process-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and coordination across teams.
Your Impact

Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving tools.
Experience with test and inspection methodologies for high-quality hardware production.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work remote and cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Your Impact
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor on Palo Alto Networks' SD-WAN products and capabilities, to prospects and customers, working with your Account Managers and the local partners within your territory
Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified SD-WAN and security problems in each individual environment
Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions
Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support and adoption
Pursue continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.)
Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitors
Act as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow-up with the customer through resolution
Your Experience
5+ years of relevant technical pre-sales experience (systems engineering, technical marketing engineering) within the networking field preferred
Demonstrated technical capabilities in a combination of the following:
SD-WAN architectures/providers, LTE/5G
WAN technologies - MPLS, MetroE, Leased Lines, Broadband
Tunneling protocols - SSL/TLS, IPSec, GRE, DMVPN
IP Routing - BGP, OSPF, Static, Network Address Translation
Virtualization technologies - ESX, KVM, Xen, Microsoft preferred
Network security capabilities - IPS/IDS, Zone-Based Firewalls
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
