Your Impact

  • Direct Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) to a specific Sales District with high efficiency and prioritization
  • Market the company’s products and/or services via telephone and email, often cold-calling leads to gauge interest and create opportunity
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and lead qualification from Marketing programs and promotions
  • Follow up on pre-qualified leads with the sales team to ensure they are processed timely and lead to pipeline creation
  • Document all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
  • Set appointments for both Field and Inside Sales Representatives, Account Executives, and prospective clients
  • Identify client needs, provide guidance and information around our products and services with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Seek and develop new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to the Head of Business Development (APAC) on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, including capabilities and pricing, and on cybersecurity industry trends
  • Be a high energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive “can-do" attitude over the phone and in person
  • Consistently meet or exceed metrics set by leaders and managers

Your Experience

  • Preferably 2+years of work experience in inbound and outbound calls and inquiries
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, possess enthusiasm for technology and to articulate clearly to all levels of technical aptitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BS degree or equivalent amount of experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Ability to communicate in English preferred

Your Career

As a member of the Palo Alto Networks Channels team, you will be responsible for delivering our initial customers and growing the territory. You will be responsible for managing your territory to deliver above quota sales performance. Palo Alto Networks has chosen to go to market with Security Focused Channel partners; you will be responsible for identifying and signing appropriate channel partners.

Your Impact

  • Manage sizable Enterprise & Commercial business in Korea
  • Must have experience handling partners in Korea
  • Understands the power of channels and has strong channel CXO level relationships with both partners and Distributors
  • Experience in both direct and channel sales a plus
  • Territory business planning and execution - understands and has executed partner programs and incentives
  • Technology orientation and can articulate well at CXO levels
  • Proficiency in driving growth through the process - By leveraging Partner Account Planning, marketing, channels, etc.
  • Focus on MSSP working with Telco/SP
  • Strong exposure in working with Inside sales team and is seen as a territory leader
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record by exceeding business quotas regularly for the last 2+ years

Your Experience

  • 8+ years of above quota sales/channels sales experience
  • Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel-centric go to market approach
  • Experience working on B2B sales and/or MSSP with Telco/SP,BS technical degree or equivalent or equivalent military experience is required
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Territory sales experience
  • Superb organizational & collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a high growth environment
  • Knowledge of routing and switching products that will be installed adjacent to the Palo Alto Networks appliances is a plus
