  • Participate in JAPAC theater leadership meetings to learn theater priorities, identify metrics to measure and produce weekly reports for the theater on their specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives
  • Develop and automate complex reports and analytical dashboards using advanced tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, SQL, Python)
  • Translate business needs into actionable data insights through reporting tools and AI to proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform leadership decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Product, and Engineering to ensure data integrity, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Author high-quality executive summaries, strategic documents, and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous process improvement through data mining, statistical analysis, and the implementation of automation solutions through the use of AI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent military experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics program management, data analytics, or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce Analytics, ETL processes)
  • Proven ability to automate complex reporting tasks and build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 6+ years of related work experience with 3+ years of Technical Revenue specific experience
  • Prior Public Accounting experience with regards to Revenue (ASC 606) preferred
  • CPA or equivalent a plus
  • SAP, SFDC, Big Query and accounting operations experience a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experienced in writing complex technical revenue accounting position papers

  • Direct experience engaging with executive-level customers in Japan

  • Background in cybersecurity or enterprise IT preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 20–30% within JAPAC and occasionally globally
