  • Strong goal-setting and performance management skills — setting clear, business-aligned objectives and measuring performance rigorously.

  • Experience with generative AI tools is highly desirable — leveraging AI to create, iterate, and optimize marketing content; enable hyper-personalization at scale through customer data insights; and automate workflows by integrating generative AI into existing marketing processes.

  • Proven track record of recognizing and rewarding excellence through meaningful KPIs.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
    Experience in sales or partner sales is a plus.
