At Expoint, we’re looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer Platinum with an arsenal of technical skills, a deep understanding of customer service, and a commitment to supporting and improving the efficiency of our customers’ businesses.
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer Platinum, you will be responsible for providing technical support services to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues so our customers can focus on their core business activities. You’ll use problem-solving strategies to quickly analyze and solve issues over the phone while being customer service-oriented and keeping up with the latest trends in the tech industry.
You’ll need technical expertise ranging from computer hardware/software to specialty software and apps, and will likely be exposed to newer technologies as well. You’ll also need solid interpersonal and communication skills.
We’d also be looking for a go-getter that can work in a team environment, manage customer escalations when needed, and help escalate to engineering to resolve most complex cases.
