Expoint is now recruiting for a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Focused Services role in the tech industry in Palo Alto, Warsaw. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will provide the highest level of technical support services to our customers. You will be the technical front line for our customers’ needs, responding to support requests and providing troubleshooting solutions.
You will also be the direct link between our customers and our internal product teams. You will identify and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend product improvements. As part of the technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a world-class experience.
The successful candidate for this role will have a technical background, together with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a customer facing role is essential, and excellent communication and problem solving skills are key.
