Your Experience

  • 8+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering
  • Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE
  • Experience as a highly successful owner of technical account strategy within Palo Alto or similar role
  • Experience in working with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is preferred
  • Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements
  • Previous Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies is strongly preferred
  • Experience assisting a customer support-like function to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions is strongly preferred

As we continue to grow as an organization, we are hiring a Named Accounts sales professionals to run and drive sales engagements into named Enterprise/Commercial accounts in Indonesia. Your Experience

  • Exceeding quota sales experience

  • Rolodex of mid to senior level connects in the Enterprise/Commercial Accounts
  • Prior experience selling network infrastructure-based security appliances including but not limited to - Firewalls, SSL/IPSEC VPNs, Security Proxies and Caches
  • Practical knowledge of routing and switching products that will be installed adjacent to the Palo Alto Networks appliances
  • Strong communication both written and verbal, including presentation skills for clients and internal partners
  • Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel centric go to market approach

Your Experience

Minimum

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical support engineer role, with a focus on network security technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences
  • Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols (SAML, LDAP, RADIUS, etc.)
  • Experience with Firewall Central Management Systems and multi-factor authentication security systems
  • In-depth knowledge of security services, including IDS/IPS, Firewalls, and network debugging across mixed media and protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support customers in different regions

Preferred

  • Experience with Cloud Security and CASB services
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows, and MAC OS
  • Knowledge of Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), and Fortinet technologies

In this role, you'll not only respond to issues as they arise but will proactively seek out and address potential security risks. Your contributions will directly impact the safety and success of our customers' AI and cloud security initiatives.
