Your Experience

  • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams in fast-paced sales environments
  • Expertise in SaaS-based architectures and cloud technology, ideally within the networking or security industry
  • Expertise in the German public sector, particularly in federal government
  • Ideally 5+ years experience managing a high-performing DQC Team
  • Significant experience with both indirect and direct sales strategies
  • A consistent track record of year-over-year success in managing sales pipelines and achieving or exceeding targets
  • Highly motivated with a focus on execution, a sense of urgency, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • History of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals while building and developing teams
  • Strong influencing skills, both internally and externally, with effective communication to build consensus across various functional groups
  • Understanding that achieving the best results requires teamwork, with the ability to foster strong relationships and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in developing and executing sales initiatives

  • Participate in system design so that Quality Assurance is considered throughout the entire lifecycle of the Prisma SASE Feature Development
  • Develop and/or Enhance Automated test Infrastructure to enable building Scalable & Flexible tests that reflect real world network deployment scenarios
  • Enhance Test strategies, Automation & Build infrastructure with feedback and analysis from real-world Customer deployments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Palo Alto Networks to enable them to continuously adapt and enhance Prisma SASE features and solutions

Your Experience

  • 8+ years of software QA experience in the cybersecurity, networking and related areas
  • 3+ years of experience building and leading a team of SDETs working on carrier/enterprise grade Network Security or Infrastructure products across geographies
  • Experience with IPSec, BGP,DHCP and TCP/UDP Networking
  • Experience with SASE technologies such as SD-WAN, CASB, DLP, Secure Private Access
  • Intermediate to Expert level Experience with designing and implementing automation frameworks for microservices based applications or infrastructure services
  • Experience with Linux or Esxi Virtualization or Docker/Kubernetes or experience with Cloud Technologies such Aws/Azure/GCP is a huge plus
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment
  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $165000/YR - $267500/YR. Your Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience with Kotlin stack or Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience with designing and architecting large and scalable cloud–based applications
  • Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Microservices architecture (Kubernetes, GKE, EKS, AKS, Docker, Serverless, etc)
  • Experience with highly concurrent systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infra – have the ability to “make stuff work" on top of writing good code
  • Experience working with databases in a large scale
  • Outstanding drive and communication skills

Nice to have

  • BSc in Computer Science and/or elite software army unit graduate or equivalent military experience
