As the Senior GPU Supercomputer Scheduler Engineer at NVIDIA, you will lead the analysis, design, and development of a supercomputer scheduling platform. You will work with a highly experienced team of engineers to ensure the smooth functioning of the platform and the development of new features.
In this role, you will understand the job requirements and provide application and cluster scheduling solutions that meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for creating and integrating software components and performing tuning activities to optimize the performance of the scheduler.
You will work closely with software architectures, product managers, and customers to ensure that the job scheduling process is complete and correct. You will also manage resources within the system and generate reports to monitor the performance and utilization of the system.
As the Senior GPU Supercomputer Scheduler Engineer, you will be expected to develop expertise on all supported architectures, including NVIDIA GPU-based systems, Intel processors, AMD processors, and more. You will also be expected to be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions to improve customer experience and maximize system utilization.
This is a highly technical role and requires an individual who is highly organized and capable of managing large amounts of data. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems quickly. The successful candidate must also have extensive knowledge of distributed computing, operating systems, and computer science fundamentals.
