What you’ll be doing:

• Lead financial planning and analysis for the global Hardware Engineering organization, driving forecasting, budgeting, and investment optimization.

• Oversee engineering inventory management, including forecasting, reserve analysis, and excess material reviews.

• Manage global engineering lab investments by planning equipment purchases based on company roadmaps and partnering closely with engineering leaders to ensure alignment with development priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage aspects of silicon business operations, including wafer and advance packaging supply chain management, capacity, pricing, and contract negotiations, product roadmap influence, and relationship management. • You will own and evolve the Cosmos open-source and internal research codebases, crafting core infrastructure that supports our foundation model research and deployment.
