What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for the management of the logistics execution operational programs and projects, and partner performance.

• Setting of goals and performance objectives, and monitoring and adjusting as needed to achieve required results. Drives activities within Logistics to assure peak performance, operations efficiency, and productivity.

• Develop and deliver programs and projects from inception to close-out, on time and within scope and budget. Manage and maintain cost-effective delivery of all services.

• Develop recommendations and presentations to Executive Management on matters pertaining to operational changes, rule and process updates, incident investigation and response, long term strategies, and engineering project operations impacts.

• Lead the development of logistics programs, including building out future AI/automation capability. Assist in managing logistics, implementation sequence and schedules, testing, training, and operations for replacement or modification projects for command center technical systems.

• Collaborate in the development, implementation, and administration of business continuity plans (accidents, emergencies, service disruptions, inclement weather, natural disasters, and special events) and business continuity related communication for internal and external partners.

• Evaluate, develop, recommend, and communicate new or revised policies, programs and procedures that impact cross functional operations, including policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), communication protocols, and business processes.

• Keep current with industry guidelines including consistent SOP application and usage, development of Key Performance Indicators and reporting.

What we need to See:

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in global Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, ideally within the high-tech or semiconductor industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate with the core support team, formally kicking off the project with the customer, supporting the design-in effort by providing technical collateral/product samples/tools, leading engineering design reviews, ensuring the implementation of any customer-required features, driving resolution of any blocking issues/bugs, and ensuring customer acceptance and production deployment.

• Post-production/deployment, youwill provide sustaining support to the customer and act as a case manager to lead resolution of field quality issues/customer concerns.

• Provide on-site support at ODM factories to monitor server production status, track yield rates, identify key blockers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing goals are met. Travel to Mexico or US will be required up to 50%. Summarize

What we need to see:

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science

• 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years in IT or semiconductor industry with a focus on program/project management

• Proven track record of managing the release of quality projects into production

• Very strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving, program management and cross-functional coordination skills are required to be successful in this role

• Deep understanding of server product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware and software design

• Experience in managing production schedules at the factory, monitoring yield rates, and coordinating with functional teams to resolve production line issues is a plus

The role is based in Houston, Texas.

What you will be doing:

• Partner closely with HPE’s Business Units to drive adoption of NVIDIA Datacenter AI solutions built-upon NVIDIA Networking, GPU, CPU, DPU and associated software stacks.

• Working with HPE’s and NVIDIA’s global and regional teams defining and implementing go-to-market and growth strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Serve as the principal liaison between NVIDIA and HPE’s Datacenter Networking and Storage business unit to drive development and alignment with NVIDIA’s AI platform strategies, Reference Architectures, and solutions.

• Handling a large book of business with HPE on behalf of NVIDIA.

• Set performance standards, establish metrics, track progress, report and adjust for gaps in strategy and lead all aspects of the NVIDIA field team’s Datacenter engagement.

• Work with sales managers and the functional team (marketing, technical and sales teams) on a regular basis to resolve operational and business issues.

• Participate and lead discussions in Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews with key internal and external leaders and executives.

• Encouraged to travel globally, as needed.

• The ability to shift easily from working with senior level executives and strategic decision makers to product/platform managers and marketing managers.

• Strong knowledge of multi-tiered channel and OEM GTM and sales strategies.

• A solid familiarity with Networking, Storage, and Datacenter markets.

• Applicable Datacenter network fabric solution experience.

• Datacenter AI experience.
