This role is based in our newly expanded Zurich office (2-3 days p/w), a hub of innovation and collaboration. As an HR Generalist, you’ll partner with leaders and teams across the organization to drive anexceptional employeeexperience—one that inspires people to do their life's work and feel deeply connected to our mission. What you'll be doing:
Serve as the go-to HR partner for employees and new hires—from onboarding and first-day orientation to payroll setup and education on NVIDIA’s programs, benefits, and culture.
Provide trusted guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and entitlements.
Prepare andmaintain accurateemploymentdocumentation andemployee records across EMEA, India, and the US.
Partner with the mobility team to support transfers and assignments, coordinating with legal, relocation, and immigration partners.
Ensure compliancewith locallegislation whileshaping policies that reflect NVIDIA’s values and global standards.
Handle relationships with benefit brokers and vendors, ensuring seamless administration.
Collaborate with regional finance to support monthly payroll accuracy.
Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives, helping evolve and elevate the NVIDIA employee experience.
What we need to see:
A degree in a technology or business discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced and hands-on role preferably with international exposure.
Excellent written communication skills in English and German.
Exceptional initiative, with the ability to extract information, set priorities, and work autonomously.
Formidable organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, with fierce attention to detail.
A sound sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.
Skilled at collaborating in a global, matrix setting with various team members.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and high affinity for technology.
Ways to stand out the crowd:
Proven examples of success for developing new HR projects, establishing new benefits, or improving existing processes to adjust to changing employment landscape.
Interest and understanding of AI tools and their use across HR workflows
