What you’ll be doing:

• Lab management to boost up use efficiency, improve test capacity and capability

• Lab safety and security control to be compliance with NV policies

• Inventory management to service engineering test

• Communication with USA/India peers to drive copy exactly

• Place purchase request for lab requests

• Support lab manager on assigned task

What we need to see:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is desirable, Bachelor on engineering is a plus

• Minimum of 2 years with experience, lab environment is a plus

• Excellent in English communication. CET 6, TOFF certification is a plus

• Excellent on Office software tools use for data analysis and report out

• Knowledge on computing science, hardware and proper handling

• Self-motivated individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks at a time.

• Service sprit with strong communication skills

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordination with global and international Payroll and HR teams for taxation and payroll processing

• Month end closing for payroll related accounts

• Monthly payroll processing, including monthly payroll report, payroll disbursement and payroll tax filing

• Managing share-based compensation taxation and filing

• Assisting with statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance and SAFE filing

• Collecting and reconciling required data for specific project requirements

• Ad-hoc assignments

What we need to see:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• At least 5 years of experience in industry accounting and payroll functions

• Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient speaking and writing communication skills in English and Chinese

• Familiar with Office and Outlook software

• Exceptional attention to deal with a high standard for accuracy in numbers

• The ability to work independently and proactively stay updated on new payroll regulation and rulings

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPA firms

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & mastery of Excel

• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in processes

What you'll be doing:

Program & Project Management:

• Serve as program/project manager for workshops and multiple learning experiences as a part of the Global Learning and Development team

• Partner with external vendors to organize learning events

• Collect and analyze learning feedback, consolidate, and suggest improvements.

Content Design & Development:

• Own full lifecycle of learning/event curriculum from design, development, execution and support for learning & development programs

• Collaborate with global business stakeholders, subject matter experts, HRBPs, and HRMs to develop learning content that exemplifies NVIDIA culture

Facilitation

• Experience facilitating learning workshops.

• Structure conversations and apply appropriate facilitation techniques to keep discussions effective.

• Foster participation and get people to come up with ideas, thoughts and perspectives that add value.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of coursework and experience in Human Resources related field

• 8+ years’ experience in a Learning and Development position

• Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training content, manuals, guides, and course materials for leadership development

• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, identify, coordinate, and track critical activities, milestones, and deliverables

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to a variety of audiences

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks
