What you'll be doing:

• Project Leadership: Own the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data center construction projects, ensuring all project goals and landmarks are met.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with a complementary team of architects, engineers, contractors, and internal partners to coordinate all project activities and ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.

• Detailed Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, landmarks, and deliverables, ensuring all aspects of the construction fit out are covered.

• Risk Management: Monitor project progress continuously, identify potential risks, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.

• Budget Management: Coordinate project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled during the project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping management, and coordination with internal departments and external partners.

• Utilize knowledge of chip or board manufacturing processes, NPI and MP to optimize logistics strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the NPI/MP planners, field sales, and the fulfillment team to ensure smooth logistics processes, implement real-time tracking, and provide timely responses to any issues or changes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Customer Satisfaction: Manage RMA cases and lead all aspects of replacement part fulfillment to clear the open RMA backlog per Service Level Agreements. Work with account teams to prioritize backlog in case of supply constraints.

• Case Management : Attend customers meeting, provide accurate and up-to-date information on case status, track of customer feedback and develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

• Metrics and Improvement : Generate case management metrics and analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities. Publish weekly status updates on open RMAs – supply commits, ready for pickup, shortage alerts.
