• Lead and facilitate RCCA investigations for internal issues.
• Apply Human Factor Analysis and Classification system (HFACS) to identify human contribution to quality,
• Use problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, DMAIC, etc.) to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Maintenance) to develop, validate, and monitor corrective/preventive actions.
• Track and manage PQM (PIC Quality Management) documentation and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct quality audits (internal) and support external audits
• Analyze quality metrics (scrap, rework, etc.) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain quality documentation in compliance with ISO
• Train staff in quality processes and root cause methodology as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

• Strong understanding of root cause analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and report-writing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing with a focus on RCCA and CAPA processes
