Integration, Verification & Testing (IVT) involves integrating and verifying software, hardware, or system components against requirements while managing lab setups and associated tools.

• Procures hardware and software while managing their configurations, updates, and preventative maintenance.
• Oversees network taps, server capacity, and configurations to ensure optimal performance.
• Develops and monitors the change control process to maintain system integrity and reliability.
• Maintains comprehensive lab documentation, including descriptions, diagrams, and processes, and ensures accurate hardware labeling, including cabling.
• Implements best practices in mixed environments to improve products and services while leveraging in-depth business knowledge to meet objectives.
• Uses advanced analytical skills to address complex, non-routine problems and proposes innovative solutions.
• Mentors team members, shares professional direction, and acts as an advisor for work teams or taskforces.
• Leads small projects or teams, managing risks, resources, and day-to-day staff allocation and management effectively.
  

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• BSC, RNC software and hardware installation, troubleshooting
• Integration of the Radio modules, equipment.
• 5G Core slicing, gNB configuration, software upgrade.
• Establish radio connection between Control rooms and laboratories
• Advanced OpenStack, and Kubernetes skills
• Automation (Linux, python) scripting
• Deployment of 5G Core on NCS, NCP. This includes AMF (24.3, 24.7), UPF, SMF, AUSFUDM, NPC, SDL, ZTS, NRF.
• Deployment of NCOM
