As a Working Student in Software Development, you’ll join a dynamic feature or test software team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in software engineering, testing, and the tools that support high-quality software delivery. Position: Software Development Engineer Trainee
Duration: Full-time 8h/day, 6 months contract with the possibility to extend

• Developing embedded software components such as operating systems, drivers, and infrastructure modules
• Working with network system applications and protocols, including HTTP2, GTPv1/v2, Diameter, RADIUS, and DNS
• Exploring network management practices in configuration, performance, and fault management
• Receiving hands-on training in system software development, test software, simulators, and internal tools
• Progressively preparing to take part in real-world network system software product development by the end of your internship

Must have:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on software development
• Solid understanding of operating systems, data types, data structures, data management algorithms, and core programming principles
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and quick to learn new concepts, tools, and technologies

Software Test Engineer Trainee

• Platform software (OS, drivers, infrastructure software, etc.)
• Network system-specific applications and network protocols (e.g., network OSS stack, routing protocols, security gateways, IP routing, subscriber management, NAT, BRP, OSPF, ISIS, VPN, segment routing protocols, etc.)
• Network management (configuration, performance, and fault management).
• Training in the development of systems software, test software, simulators, and tools.
• Preparing to work on real network system software product development by the end of your internship.

Must have:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on software development engineering.
• Strong knowledge of OS, data types, data structures, data management algorithms, and programming principles.
• Proven aptitude for methodical problem-solving, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Quick learner and self-starter.
