Description:
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end project schedules, budgets, and resources for complex customer programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
  • Support the Customer Project Manager in identifying and mitigating risks and issues, facilitating proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Monitor project deliverables, maintain stakeholder communications, and ensure information is clearly shared across all levels.
  • Conduct financial tracking and reporting for projects, ensuring alignment with profitability forecasts and budgetary constraints.
  • Drive customer relationship management by serving as the primary point of contact for schedule-related activities and updates.
  • Implement best practices in project management and continuously update project documentation and tools to reflect real-time status.
  • Facilitate risk management processes by identifying opportunities and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and efficiency in project delivery, adapting to changing business needs.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • 4-6 years of project scheduling and coordination experience, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Advanced skills in managing complex multiyear projects and budgets.
  • Strong risk management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a global mindset.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and profit margin management.
  • Ability to drive best practices and improvements in project delivery.
  • Experience in cross-cultural team environments and negotiations.

  • Oversee project closure processes, including contractual requirements, post-evaluation, and documentation of lessons learned.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Advanced skills in managing complex, multiyear technology projects
  • Expertise in customer relationship management during project delivery
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a global mindset

It would be nice if you also had:
