Obsess Nike Direct Stores Supply Chain KPI’s on a daily basis and execute order management actions to plan and deliver product to the Nike Direct Stores across EMEA
Responsible for accurate and timely product flow in collaboration with our Planning, Distribution, Transportation and stores teams
Work in partnership with our partners and stores team and develop excellent working relationships. You’ll deliver customer service excellence through a consumer mindset and reliability while at the same time ensuring our work supports and aligns with our Nike Direct Stores Strategy and our organization’s vision
Represent supply chain operations within the Nike Stores cross-functional team, with the ability to lead and influence your peers, in order to ensure a balanced marketplace, mutual profitable growth and effective mechanics of inventory management. You have regular interaction with internal and external partners within a matrix environment, sharing scenarios and solutions to risks/opportunities.
Perform KPI root cause analysis and provide your input for the weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates to Supply Chain and Nike Direct Stores leadership
Provide subject matter expertise into scenario planning and preparation for execution of seasonal transitions, key retail moments & new door openings
Bring an improvement and innovation mindset to identify and lead small sized initiatives by applying project management tools and skills
Change agent for transformational initiatives through hands on contribution, quantitative and qualitative feedback to enable continuous improvement
Digital literacy: e.g. MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
