Our Tampa-based Demand & Supply Management (DSM) team is looking for a Lead Assortment Planner focused on optimizing the Jordan Brand business with Foot Locker. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Jordan Brand’s marketplace vision to life with specific focus on pre-season forecasting, reacting to in-season trends and results analysis. You will establish clear financial plans while partnering with cross functional teammates to create a line grounded in profitability, productivity, and consumer demand. Strong collaboration is a key, working both internally with Jordan/Nike and externally with Foot Locker. As a Lead Planner, you’ll bring curiosity, a self-starter mentality, influential communication skills, and a strong ability to operate in ambiguous situations. You’ll have phenomenal data storytelling abilities grounded in retail acumen, planning expertise and supported through elevated excel capabilities.

You bring;

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

• 4+ years experience in Planning/Buying/Sales with emphasis on retail/wholesale financial planning and analysis

• Proven ability to leverage large amounts of data, identify critical information, analyze, and potentially create new ways of working to develop a recommendation

• Strong ability to influence through compelling communication

• Able to think critically and understand the potential of a product in the marketplace while identifying gaps to tops-down and bottoms-up financial plan

• Advanced Excel skills

• Travel up to 15% of the time

On any given day you might be developing style-level plans to inform financial plans that will fuel assortments and influence buy and supply decisions while partnering with key stakeholders. You’ll also continuously monitor performance indicators keeping a pulse on the business: analyzing sales results, managing key product forecasts, in season recommendations and sharing actionable insights on risks and opportunities.
