WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Senior Digital Imaging Technician will act as a technical process leader for photo and video shoots in the Icon studios. You will be responsible for the successful application of capture standards and asset management hand off from production to postproduction among the freelance teams in the studio. This includes optimizing file management, ensuring accurate color management practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting freelance photographers, techs, DITs and DPs with advanced capture knowledge.
The senior digital tech will streamline processes, reduce production downtime and enhance overall throughput. They are expected to work independently, solve problems quickly, and support multiple teams across locations. You will also be expected to develop, document, maintain, and deploy best practices for all aspects of the digital capture workflow. This standardization will help onboard new freelance techs, serve as a reference for current techs, and ensure processes are synchronized across the global studio network.
WHAT YOU BRING
· Minimum of 5 Years of direct digital tech experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Photography or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
· Expert level knowledge of Capture One and MacOS
· On-set experience as a Digital Tech in high volume studios and dynamic on-location shoots
· Experience using off-the-shelf DAMs and establishing file structure guidelines
· Experience with Canon mirrorless and Fuji medium format camera systems
· Working knowledge of RED video camera systems is a plus
· Broad knowledge of studio lighting & grip equipment
· Strong color management standards for capture and post
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Mac based scripting & automation solutions: bash, Applescript, Swift, Javascript
· Experience or willingness to learn: video management tools like DaVinci Resolve and Silverstack
· Enterprise IT desktop solutions and networks
· Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the Director of Production for ICON Studios.
Effectively maintain and implement methods of production management across all ICON Studios workstreams.
Track and report on project-level, physical production finances. Review and approve budgets, payroll, invoices, T&E, and contract requests.
Evaluate and enforce Best Practices, guidelines, processes, and policies - and escalate to Director as needed.
Manage workflow, budgeting and expense tracking for production of all projects assigned.
Provide direction on production process and ensure business requirements are met in a timely manner across all departments.
Recognize deviations from accepted practices and confirm appropriate next steps.
Responsible for the management and fiscal supervision of campaign, tests and pilots, studio bookings across all ICON locations.
On set production management for all ICON tests, pilots and R&D.
Work alongside various teams, departments, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure content is produced in a high-quality manner, efficiently, on time, and within budget parameters.
Develop and maintain relationships with key production vendors to create cost and workflow efficiencies that could benefit all ICON productions.
Manage all payroll relationships to ensure the timely and accurate payment to our crew and talent.
Manage, keep track, and report on all aspects of production from development to delivery.
Act as central point of contact for programming, post-production, talent management, finance, marketing, legal and outside vendors in the execution of content.
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience in Production Workflow Management
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in flight at a time
Proven track record of people and team management
A problem solver, positive team leader, cross functional thought partner

As our Soccer Brand Sr Manager you will report directly into the Nike LA Men’s Brand Director and you will work across a multitude of groups within the organization, across all levels. This is a team sport and will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus with critical stakeholder groups.
LA and North America Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sports Marketing, Integrated Media & Brand Management teams will be critical partners to crafting and driving our consumer plans and vision. We are looking for a team player that always thinks ahead to accurately and efficiently support the daily inbound & outbound tasks that are required in preparation for photo production within the studio.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONIf this is you, you will check in merchandise upon arrival in the studio and initiate jobs for production. You will also coordinate the physical flow of all merchandise arriving in studio to ensure end to end inventory accuracy from delivery through outbound shipping.
A typical day/week looks like:
Processing of inbound staging, receiving, & job initiation for merchandise before moving into production while maintaining on-hand accuracy
Processing outbound shipments of merchandise after production
Supporting the merchandise operations process and perform daily, weekly, and seasonal duties to ensure tasks & projects are completed accurately and efficiently
Proactively identifying, communicating, and solving any merchandise issues that arise throughout the production process
Tracking product throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems, Tableau, and project management tools
Maintaining production requests for tracking the inbound receipt of merchandise, inventory pulls, and the return to clients when requested
This role will collaboratively support and facilitate the end-to-end merchandise flow across the photo studio, to support the production of premium assets created by the on-site production crews. You will partner with various members of the studio team as needed to coordinate the timely & accurate delivery of merchandise based on established key performance indicator (KPI) timelines. To ensure quality and consistency in the condition of merchandise, you will digitally and physically tag, catalog, track, and monitor merchandise throughout the Photo Studio process. Your primary, daily interactions will be with the Pre-Production, Styling, Post-Production, Photography and Production teams at Icon Los Angeles. You will report directly to the Senior Supervisor, Product Logistics for Icon Studios.
