WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

On a day-to-day basis you will be working with a wide range of internal partners including Footwear and Apparel Designers, Developers, and Product Line Managers. You will be working collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver creative solutions in line with the NikeSKIMS Design Ethos. This opportunity will require strong collaborative skills to meet timelines, ensure feasibility of designs, while building consensus around your work and thinking.

  • External Partnerships: You will lean heavily into our external partnerships, identifying key agency partners while also driving innovative approaches to execution across all moments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with cross functional groups to ensure Athlete & Sport Moments are aligned with Nike’s overall vision and goals. Act as a liaison with internal teams to maintain alignment through storytelling, look & feel, athlete-right services, and overall approach.
  • Continuous Improvement : Regularly assess the Athlete & Sport Moments approach, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data, to measure operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement. Use data insights to optimize services, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance the athlete experience.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, partnership management, event operations, and high profile clientele
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • Proven experience managing operational processes, scaling services, and driving driving an efficient operating model in a global or complex environment
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
