We are looking for a Digital Operations Analyst to join our México Distribution Center Operations team, a professional highly process oriented, with strong deliver results drive, able to communicate and align cross-functional teams, make decisions based on data analysis with solid proven knowledge of digital supply chain.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, or logistics.
  • 5 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics. preference in digital e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Team player oriented, strong leadership & communication skills.
  • High performance in Microsoft office and Tableau.
  • English: 90% (Able to establish business conversation, manage topics & execute deliverables)
  • Continuous improvement mindset, knowledge of lean manufacturing tools & principles.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • You will be responsible of building, alignment, execution and tracking of operational capacities for the digital channel based on the IFP plan.
  • Generate active cross-functional collaboration with Nike & 3PL Teams to build strong and standard processes, set action items to reach targets, deliver solutions to reach commitments, including cost.
  • Measuring contractual KPI’s & SLA’s to achieve & maintain operational performance in premium levels, provide accurate and on time visibility for operational and business stakeholders that lead to agile decision making.
