WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We’re the training experts in all Nike Latam, reporting up to the Nike Athlete Experience Manager. We visit stores throughout regularly and provide training to each store’s leadership team. We will also partner with the SRMs team to curate and fine tune the content we deliver to the field. You will:

  • Visit stores regularly while leading or supporting all needed training for store and channel priorities
  • Coordinate, lead, and support the delivery of onboarding training for new employees and leaders
  • Create feedback loops for store teams to share wins and opportunities for product and service training
  • Monitor store KPIs to inform training needs, including consumer feedback and sales metrics
  • Lead and support special trainings in market, including new store openings, all-store meetings and district meetings

We’re looking for a Retail Trainer who is responsible for driving the retail training vision for all LATAM Channels, focused on arming store leaders with the tools and training needed to further invest in their athlete teams. Our best NAX Trainers are the subject matter experts (SME) for training. They educate and inspire our store teams through engaging, informative, hands-on, educational moments that teach teams how to use premium service to deliver Nike products.

  • Essential to have the ability to hold conversations in English
  • 3 years' retail experience, including 1-year training experience
  • Experience in delivering premium consumer experience
  • Experience in coaching and counseling employees
  • Retail Leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred
  • 1 year of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency with virtual platforms preferred. (ex. Zoom)
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for leading a team of 3PL collaborators, who carry out the strategy, management & execution of outbound transportation processes nationwide (including a cross-docking network & transportation procurement processes)

In addition to monitoring the results, both Service and Financial, identifying Initiatives and Action Plans to generate efficiencies.

  • Drive the capacity creation and execution of operational plans from 3PL to deliver the logistics commitments in timely manner based on business requirements, ensuring the established KPI’s, Nike Inc. compliance guidelines, service level agreements, reaching premium quality at committed CPU.
  • Review, align provide inputs & challenge financial budgets and forecasts, including the execution of requested and approved expenses in timely manner by 3PL
  • Monitoring and follow up on 3PL KPIs & metrics. Set action plans for “Back to green” when required and track progress.
  • You will have direct communication with Customer Service, Transportation, Planning teams of our 3PL to align and monitor the performance of deliveries according to Nike Integrated fulfilment planning established guidelines.
  • Connect with local Supply Chain & Logistics teams (Nike & 3PL) to understand risks & opportunities that might require any operational shifts to ensure delivering/improving committed service, costs & communicate to management.
  • You will work closely with Nike Marketplace Supply Chain, Stores and Integrate Fulfilment Planning teams to provide feedback on the results and develop continuous improvement plans for short, mid & long terms.
  • Responsible for leading the integration of data & evidence established by SOX & controlling.
  • Execute on going reporting of deliveries performance, invoicing tracking-revenue recognition, reverse logistics, incidents, and any other relevant visibilities for Logistics & business decision making.
  • Coordinate procurement & execution of reverse logistics processes with internal & external customers.
  • Execute & stabilize the implementation of standard tools, functionalities, strategic enhancements and processes that improve cost, service or convenience into Nike ecosystems, collaborating with local, geo and global cross functional from Nike & 3PL.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, logistics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • +5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, mainly in outbound transportation areas.
  • Strong leadership, communication & strong storytelling skills.
  • English +90% (Able to establish business conversation, manage topics & execute deliverables)
  • Understands logic of WMS functions and direct relation with SAP ERP & TMS Systems. Manhattan systems knowledge it’s a bonus
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, Toyota Production System principles & project management it’s a bonus.
