WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Integrated Media. You will collaborate with LATAM Marketing leaders, the Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography team, and Global Brand Marketing teams across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to engage and connect with athletes*.
In this role, you will manage and execute media strategies across all digital channels, including but not limited to Search, Social, Display and Affiliates. You should have a strong understanding of data-driven media, measurement frameworks, and budget management, ensuring campaigns deliver on key performance metrics such as engagement, revenue, cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS).

As Business HR Manager for Latin America based in our Mexico City office, you’ll provide coaching, solutions, and advocacy to business leaders and employees in Nike across our Latin America marketplace. In partnership with the HR Director for Latin America and key matrix partners, you’ll seek to understand business priorities and pain points. Through your own observations and workforce data and trends, you’ll translate your insights into compelling HR consulting advice and services to make an impact. You'll serve as a key resource for employees through sensing, listening, providing guidance, and directing inquiries to the appropriate HR specialists.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide expert advice and coaching to leaders to drive workforce labor plans, talent management, and performance outcomes. As a culture ambassador, you’ll actively define and participate in initiatives that showcase Nike’s progressive culture of belonging to maintain strong engagement. As a change agent, you’ll role model the new HR operating model and systems and support the business through organizational design as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR business partnering role or HR Generalist role, ideally in an MNC/international environment. Experience in other specialist areas like talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, mobility, diversity, and employee/labor relations is advantageous.
• Proven mindset and interpersonal skills to work in a matrix environment to develop, implement, leverage, and monitor HR initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Proven ability to calmly, confidently, and confidentially engage with management and Employee Relations to address opportunities and needs.
• Experience with HR metrics and data to story-tell and provide decision support.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity
• Results-driven and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Fluency in the English and Spanish languages (written and spoken).

You will track and review these seasonal forecasts (Retail Sales & Units Investment Units) on a weekly and monthly basis to develop actionable recommendations for execution to proactively maximize opportunities and minimize risks across marketplace business units, drive consumer demand, margin and optimize overall marketplace inventory health.
WHAT YOU BRING
· Degree (e.g., Bachelor's) in FInancial Business Planning or related fields with minimum 6 years relevant retail experience in financial and merchandize buying/ business/ demand supply planning.
· Ability to interpret Retail Sales and financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business, comprehensive understanding of retail math. This includes ability to build and understand Stock and Sales Plan (SSP), Open to Buy (OTB), and manage KPIs.
· Strong and demonstrated ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively.
· Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
· Intellectual curiosity, able to think creatively and offer fresh ideas, while comfortable working in ambiguous environment.
· Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in advanced Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc. Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred

Lead MFP NDDC
LatAm Territory, APLA
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work both within the Nike DSM function and across the broader cross-functional organization including partnering closely with NDDC Business, Finance, MSC, EBP, Merchandising, and others to deliver top-down financial business targets both pre-season and in-season. You will also work across Fields of Play (FOP) to drive trade-off actions to drive consumer demand and optimize overall consumer and FOP inventory health.
You can build hypothesis & data driven analysis, translating insights into action through problem solving and critical thinking skills. You possess a deep understanding of consumer, marketplace, product and inventory planning with actions that are grounded in qualitative research, data and insights to support your view. You are a great collaborator who proactively builds positive relationships across the organization with both upstream and downstream functions. Using your strong financial and commercial acuity, you show good judgment in making decisions and problem solving.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll be working with the Consumer to define and lead multi-season Merchandise Financial Plans for NDDC Mexico. You will set long range financial plans based on consumer demand and fields of play strategies as well as reconcile assortment plans with merchandise financial plans to align to consumer architecture. Your top-down financial targets will inform franchise/style plans, financial forecasts and end-to-end inventory forecasts, including liquidation plans. You’ll work across Consumer and FOPs to reconcile forecasts and communicate results & impacts with cross-functional and leadership teams.
