Fixed-term contract from July-September
Fully flex
Must include two out of the three: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Available between 06:000am -09:00pm

Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees
Supporting various store departments (e.g. operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
Using your knowledge for digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
Informing consumers and new teammates about the NIKE products and services
Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek for more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture

As a Commercial & Visual Merchandising Lead you are:
- Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers
- Leading, coaching and motivating the employees in your department and ensuring an excellent work atmosphere
- Managing the daily business in your department to reach sales targets (incl. digital services, visual merchandising, salesfloor)
- Identifying and improving areas based on feedback given by consumers

- Oversee and sign-off overall visual merchandising execution on all departments.
- Utilize Nike Tools for VM and ensure teams are up to date on guidelines.

- Connect with Allocation to lead Planning.
- Plan & execute all Markdown / Promotion activity.
- Deliver training on markdown and Promotional tools.
- Managing all daily activities with the operational and back of house areas of the store, including cash office, H&S policy and procedures, stock flow and loss prevention, product management, scheduling and planning
- Lead, coach drive and inspire associates within a designated area
- Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
- Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience
- Demonstrable experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and developing people
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
