WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be driving our French RSG portfolio and lead central processes for the full RSG EMEA group.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering your directly owned partner portfolio plan (from Partner x Nike strategy through Trade Terms to G2N management)
  • Developing and driving France country strategy that unlocks market share growth within RSG partners and creates a halo across the total marketplace for Nike Running
  • Delivering net revenue growth and the right level of net contribution from your portfolio by owning the end to end business with your portfolio.
  • Leading partner Sell Ins – independently deliver a premium seasonal experience to partners that focuses on their needs and unlocks growth for Nike
  • Ensuring consistent and strong representation of the Nike brand in market: presence and collaboration with partners on activations & events, retail visits, staff trainings, T2Ts, LT etc.
  • Collaborating with local marketing and EKIN teams to coordinate x functional work and maximize impact for the country marketplace
  • Ensuring best presentation of stories and products in digital & B&M
  • Building seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising and planning, enriched by expertise on partner & market needs, ensuring seasonal product flow and optimizing in-season trade + replenishment to improve account results
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report to the Director Running Authenticators, EMEA. You will become part of the EMEA Running Authenticators (RSG) team within the Authenticators MPU.

Your main focus will be driving commerce + profitability & the relationship with accounts. You'll also work cross-functionally with supply chain (MPO/customer operations), merchandising, marketing & planning.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Strong Partner Management knowledge across a portfolio of account types (forecasting, hind sighting, planning and assortment ownership and Influencing skills)
  • Business planning: Ability to use financial data to make decisions and increase account profitability – proficiency in analysing retail metrics across B&M and digital
  • Retail planning: Ability to utilise data, to optimize Inventory & gross margins + ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations in front of large groups
  • Deep understanding & connection into the french running community and culture
  • Deep understanding of the running industry and trends in the marketplace
  • Fluency in French & English are a must
  • Ability to travel on a frequent basis between the office and partners across the market.

Senior Partner Rep RNWY

Based in Paris,you will be part of the France Marketplace team. You will help grow and claim #1 market share for the consumer/FOP with your account(s) by executing the strategy, landing the seasonal stories and right assortment (breadth and depth) to serve your target consumer.

  • Develop seasonal assortments based on merch frameworks. Ensuring seasonal product flow, optimize in-season trading, replenishment to maximize the partner results.
  • Help create brand impact through partner relationship, launch and community activation in RNWY to create heat for Nike in her premium and high heat life- andsportstyle.
  • Plan your accounts business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge​.
  • Manage the partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
  • Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Obsess product launch journeys across Account platform ecosystem.
  • Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end-to-end business with your account.
  • High standard to complex partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently, through higher problem-solving skills, and contributing to the collective team performance​.
  • Collaborate on partner (city) experience at sell-in, and (co-)own the E2E experience for your showroom – work closely with Office admin and/or (City) Experience Lead and x-functional partners (e.g. merch) to bring excellent partner sell-in experience to life
  • Actively contribute and participate in Ground Game (Authenticators)
  • Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge,) where relevant and within T&E budget.

Who you will work with

In this role you will be the main touchpoint for EMEA and UK leadership teams for the respective accounts you manage. This role will report directly into the Neighborhood Manager France

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the competencies also outlined below.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in account commercial management acquired in or across Sales, Buying, Merchandising, Business Planning, etc.
  • Experience in seasonal management through Code.
  • Ability to create account plans (Buy & Assortment plans, commercial short-term plan)
  • Account facing – Drive E2E relationship and business impact with partner – bring your CFOP(s) to life with the relevant Nike marketplace partners.
  • Proven track record to read and analyse relevant sales metrics and make strong strategically aligned commercial decisions and a strong record of data focused and fact-based Product, retail & financial planning.
  • Digital and omnichannel acumen relevant to the broader sporting goods industry
  • Relationship builder & influencing skills with both internal & external partners.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas successfully and negotiate with partners.
  • Proven High standard to complex partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently, through higher problem-solving skills, and contributing to the collective team performance.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

This could include but will not be limited to updating organizational charts, creating high quality graphic and text PowerPoint or Keynote presentations, and/or team session agendas/work session run of shows.
  • Coordinate Team Space Planning, Workspace and/or Equipment Moves
  • Special Projects: Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met as needed by the team and/or leader you support
