Like a starting five on the court, you’ll team up with four other top creatives (designer, social specialist, producer and narrative) - each bringing their own strengths - to craft game-changing content that captures the energy of sport and the soul of Paris.
You, a brilliant writer and strategic thinker will report directly into the Senior Manager, Digital Creative Studio, Paris.
You'll also work very closely with other teams across our Paris/France marketing
organisation to ensure your concepts answers their brief. For this, you will need to clearly communicate your ideas to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
You’ll actively work across the Brand Creative network often collaborating with Global & EMEA teammates. Each project will also give you the chance to work with a broad spectrum of creative agencies and individuals, over time this will allow you to build a great creative network and be exposed to a wider range of creative practices and process.
You are a brilliant copywriter and strategic thinker with an obsession for crafting compelling stories and ideas, you’ll be comfortable writing long form copy, captions, content scripts and campaign lines.As a creative keen to leverage that passion to reimagine the future of sport and make athletes’ dreams real, you will constantly be looking for creating, and sharing innovative, social first ideas, concepts and copy.

The purpose of the Brand Creative Digital Studio is to fuel our wider Nike ecosystem with brilliant creative. You will be working on marketing and creative briefs that deliver against our Nike offense. With a focus on powering our @NikeParis social and digital ecosystem, you’ll also work with our EMEA and Global partners to fuel them with industry leading ideas and stories.
Your copy will be read by millions of consumers and athletes across the City & EMEA geo, so it will need to align with the Nike Brand Voice, in-house style guides and seasonal directives.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As part of the Paris Energy team, you will work fluidly across the Paris/France Marketing Team, to foster strong relationships with cultural talents in the city/country. You will also work cross-functionally in the Paris office with key partners such as the Nike Brand Team and Sports Marketing in service of our athletes. You will work closely with the EMEA Energy Marketing Team and the Men’s/Women’s Consumer Construct (Marketing) teams in EHQ.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Lead Professional, Energy Marketing Runway, Paris/France, you will be a part of the Paris, reporting directly to theDirector, Energy Marketing, Paris/FranceThis role will be responsible for balancing relationship management & marketing execution through our key talent relationships across the Paris cultural ecosystem.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and managinga network of cultural catalysts in Paris to boost the brand priorities and create the future of sport*, in alignment to our global strategy
Providing exceptional service and brand management to all talent relationships
Creating visionary marketing concepts aimed at pushing the intersections of sports and culture through creativity with strong resonance among the youth in Paris
Leading product collaborations projects with external partners & Global teams
Feeding relevant key catalyst relationships strategically into Geo & Global campaigns work to advance our position within our key sports territories
Driving key Energy campaigns through pinnacle marketplace ecosystem in collaboration with our store partners
Briefing and managing external agencies
Identify, gather and formulate structured insights about forward-thinking customers to enable us to better serve creative youth on the ground in Paris, and providing feedback to EMEA/Global teams to support long-term concepts

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered.
Essential requirements:
Solid experience in brand and/or brand functional management , with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing.
Experience in cultural marketing in Paris and a demonstrable understanding of the visionary and forward-thinking customer, the city and Nike's position within it with credentials in strategic decision-making in this environment.
Proven experience identifying, owning and managing external relationships with thought leaders in Paris - with a strong focus on fashion, aligned with Nike's strategic objectives
Prior marketing experience and a demonstrable understanding of the consumer, Paris and Nike’s position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment.
A desire and willingness to work in an agile fashion as needed
Proficiency in French and English
