Job Responsibility

Qualifications:

College degree or above

4 years retail experience, including 1 year management experience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of managing a single small volume store

Manage store's day to day revenue and payroll expense

Manage associates, leads or Dept. managers and develop in-store talent.

Work with District or Area Manager and corporate Loss Prevention to address Loss Prevention issues within store.

* Requires at least 3 years of hand-on experience on commercial photography & video sets.

* Strong understanding and experience in commercial photography, videography, and live streaming. Understanding of different roles, knowledge of equipment on set

* Specific lighting capabilities. Proficient at using Profoto and ARRI LED.

* Familiar with office automation software

* Basic English skills required.

* Be diligent, meticulous, serious, and responsible in handling work
