WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role is responsible for supporting the vision for Nike Men’s and Kids footwear across cFOPs through a hyperlocal lens, and so requires someone who can put themselves in the mind space of GC consumers and understand how to serve them, apply insights from them and make impact through coveted product. You will work with a broader TRIAD team from across Design and Development and closely partner with your global product & merchandising partners to understand & fuel franchise and marketplace strategies. You will monitor progress against objectives and adjust plans as needed, including hitting cost/margin on your projects and all aspects of product management to successfully deliver the line to market. You'll ensure the accuracy of information in NIKE Inc. internal product management systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence.
You will foster strong relationships with your peers across the entire Men’s and Kids team and partner closely with Merchandising to ensure integration and alignment on key initiatives, innovations, and product journeys. As a key member of the Product Management team, you will serve as a proactive partner during critical checkpoints & planning moments. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.

You’ll manage territory allocation and assortment planning for NVS to meet financial and inventory goals, while analyzing in-season trends, executing orders, and addressing inventory issues. You also maintain store clustering strategies, guide defect handling, and ensure timely replenishment and delivery tracking. Execute the territory allocation plan on NVS business to achieve financial goals, target inventory levels and assortment distribution strategy.
Analyze in-season business trend such as sales, store on-hand, warehouse stock, ship-in, etc.,
Define the breadth and depth of the assortment with right size scale.
Maintain fleet tiering, clustering and category strength plan for all stores aligned with Location Planner.
Timely execute orders, delivery tracking and further replenishment.
Address issues and advise strategy to bring inventory to standard level.
Guide stores to handle defective/B-grade goods.
