In this role, you will support across:
Strategy & Planning
Support the execution of market-level commercial operations, strategies and processes to help build a high-performing commercial organization.
Own / support pipeline and business reviews on a recurring basis at the front-line manager or country level.
Own / support the execution of initiatives to drive regional effectiveness within Sales Operations and across the broader Sales organization.
Insights & Analytics:
Define, build, and maintain sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Bring perspective to efficacy of current KPIs and metrics across the Ads function. Have perspective on how to evolve them.
Build detailed dashboards and monthly, quarterly review decks for senior (VP+ level) consumption to run the business. Lead discussions on business performance & state of business with expertise and full ownership.
Coordinate with global counterparts in (UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) to assimilate business insights and package for regular check-ins.
Core Process & Sales Policy:
Lead the implementation and execution of key Sales Operations functions (e.g., defining success metrics, reporting, customer segmentation, target setting, quota allocation)
Assist in the defining, building and managing workflows/processes on behalf of the broader Sales organization
XFN Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal team, commercial partners and cross-functional teams as needed to understand strategy and help develop plans for execution.
About you:
5+ years of experience in advertising/ advertising-related fields; and/or experience working in Sales Operations.
Self-starter with the ability to manage and lead large-scale, complex projects.
Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
Strong technical skills, including expertise working with multiple large data sets; SQL and data analytics skills are a plus
Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects efficiently.
Familiarity with agency and client-direct sales models.
Knowledge of the advertising landscape, including media channels and methods of buying.
Proficient with reading, writing, and speaking English, French / German / Italian / Spanish a plus

This is a full-time, individual contributor position based in London and reporting to the Regional Director of Talent Management.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
Strategy & Partnership
Equipping our leaders and managers across the largest growth region (EMEA) to role model leadership excellence, including cultural, localised and scaled leadership.
Advise on leadership growth and Talent Management strategies, with strong awareness of local and regional needs and nuances, specifically in London (LON)
Design, drive and execute EMEA’s Netflix culture initiatives, partnering closely with LON HRBPs
Act as a trusted leadership thought partner to regional VPs, HRBPs, regional Talent Partners and global Talent Management (TM), including building strategic TM roadmaps for LON

Leadership Facilitator, Program Delivery
Contribute to the content development process as a regional design partner for certain leadership initiatives with the Central TM Leadership team
Facilitate EMEA leadership programs (e.g. Director & manager forums, peer learning)
Integrate GBPs (I&D, Wellbeing, consistent employee experience) ethos into leadership growth initiatives.
Design and facilitate leadership initiatives at senior leadership offsites, to help build strong strategic leaders and role models of our
Review, evaluate and report on learning program effectiveness; analyze feedback from the business, to ensure alignment of Talent practices with business needs
Project Management
Responsible for some EMEA programmatic planning, operations, and communication (e.g. Director & Manager forums, peer learning)
Collect and analyze feedback on targeted program components. Identify program efficiency and proactively identify program risks and opportunities
Maintain tracking of projects and key initiatives, working in close partnership with the broader Talent Management and other Talent teams; familiar with Asana project management software
Work with Talent Management Coordinators to manage program operations and activities, including tracking of project budget and associated spending

In this role, you will:
Be part of the Campaign Management team that is responsible for partnering with the Account Management team on revenue optimization and campaign activation activities while providing white glove service to our clients
Partner with Account Managers and vendor partners on key campaign activities inclusive of campaign packaging and asset readiness, timely campaign launches, delivery & optimization, and client reporting
Partner with external vendors to ensure timely day-to-day support, load balancing, and alignment with the Account Management team to best service our clients
Troubleshoot and escalate campaign issues for Account Managers and coordinate issue resolution with AdOps
Partner with Campaign Management Leads to coordinate workflow enhancements between Account Management and Ad Ops
Monitor vendor performance and task queue ensuring quick and accurate campaign deliverables
Review daily delivery metrics across Direct IO and Programmatic campaigns and suggest campaign optimizations.
Coordinate user feedback and suggest enhancements to Ad Ops for efficiency improvements.
Maintain current training documentation updated throughout the lifecycle of the material
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of Ad Tech and/or Ad Operations experience supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Policy/Quality, or Product/Engineering Teams
Well-versed in Campaign Trafficking and Execution, including Order and Creative trafficking, Quality Control, Campaign monitoring, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation
Experience supporting Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP deal types
A background in Advertising Systems and Tools (CRM, OMS, DSPs, Ad Servers, Task Management, Reporting, etc.)
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Ad Ops, Ads Policy, Product, and Engineering
Experience interacting with outsourced vendors and managing the vendor's tasks of campaign setup and management, including but not limited to deal set up, trafficking, QC, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and willingness to pivot as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

In this role, you will
Assist the team with Quality and Efficiency Measurement Solutions: compile monthly quality and efficiency metrics (e.g., how is our BPO time best being spent) and provide areas for improvement. Partner with Ad Operations Managers on building/analyzing a quality dashboard.
Maintain current training documentation updated throughout the lifecycle of the material
Manage day-to-day campaign issues or questions with outsourced vendors and be the first tier of technical escalation to troubleshoot
Partner closely with the Product and Engineering teams to create a pathway to task automation, delegation or elimination
Own initial escalations from cross-functional partners (i.e., questionable Ad Policy violation running on the platform, test seat campaigns making noise for Eng/DSE, validate creative length experience in X country, etc.)
Collaborate with Ad Operations Managers to document trafficking/setup, updates, and workflow optimizations.
Work with Product and Engineering teams to execute testing for product offering enhancements.
