What You’ll Do:

  • Partner: Work full-cycle with hiring managers and HRBPs as partners to find and attract talent specific to the team's needs. Coach and advise based on your growing knowledge of niche markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape.

  • Strategize & Research: Develop a recruiting plan that expands our talent pools and ensures a diverse range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts. Function as a talent advisor through expert knowledge of the external talent market, leveraging insights to solve complex recruiting challenges. Experience in designing and running batch hiring programs will be a bonus.

  • Evaluate & Close: Own the candidate's experience from first contact to closing. Conduct interviews and other touchpoints with candidates that contribute to meaningful decision-making for hiring managers and relationship-building with candidates.

  • Prioritize: Ability to own and juggle high-volume requisitions, balancing moving quickly with intentional decision-making. Use your judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leverage Local Presence: Utilize your presence in Japan to gather and share relevant context with the business leaders, ensuring informed decision-making and seamless communication.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of the shared services landscape.

  • Consultative Recruiting: Highly independent, a problem solver and excel in consultative recruiting, regularly tracking and delivering recruiting insights/analysis to inform internal stakeholders. Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines and our ability to close top talent.

  • Curious and Innovative: Go beyond the surface level of a profile; research market trends and don’t rely solely on keyword searches to find niche talent.

  • Multi-tasker: Accustomed to multi-tasking, self-prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative: Strong ability to build partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
