What will you do in this role

• Guide a team of software designers and developers, overseeing the design, coding, verification, testing, documentation, modification, and refactoring of complex programs, scripts, and integration software services.
• Lead the design of software applications and components, ensuring alignment with project goals and strategic objectives. Develop and contribute to solution architecture across business, infrastructure, and functional areas, promoting scalability and maintainability.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing by engaging with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization. Build strong communities of practice to break down silos, align on shared goals, and drive cohesion in designing and implementing larger software systems.
• Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, conducting design reviews, offering hands-on support when needed, and ensuring adherence to modern design methodologies and architectural principles.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices to optimize scalability, performance, and delivery efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Be accountable for the end-to-end implementation of new MES products in-line with business needs:

• Lead the regional MES delivery team in collaboration with the enterprise product team to ensure delivery, maintenance, change execution, and optimization of PAS-X core software, SAP Interface, and electronic manufacturing batch records.
• Develop and execute a maintenance plan to ensure continuous process improvement and align change execution windows with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the MES Product team to execute a multi-year, multi-site strategic roadmap for MES.
• Work with sites and disciplines to ensure production process understanding across major products and drive implementation standards and delivery roadmap.
• Collaborate with System Integration partners, manage vendor relationships, and enable fit-for-purpose MES data integration strategies.
• Works within a cross-functional squad to clarify requirements & delivery expectations with business stakeholders
• Helps squads rapidly and iteratively deliver digital solutions that adds value to the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in IT discipline or STEM (or equivalent qualification)
• 3+ years’ experience MES Delivery Lead role
• 3+ years’ Experience working in cross functional teams.
• Experience deploying and testing SAP/MES Interfaces
• Experience deploying and supporting Kroeber Pas-X platform.
• Experience deploying electronic Batch Record
• Experience in biologic manufacturing
• Experience in different delivery methods (Agile, traditional) in large organizations
• Knowledge of Agile Values, principles & practices

Job Description

• Exp- 5+ yrs

• Maintain all the equipment and machinery (IMM and robotics) that is in the manufacturing unit of the company.

• Make regular checks for the maintenance of the machines and repair the part that need to be replaced.

• Undertake electrical safety testing of all equipment throughout the factor premises.

• Perform routine Maintenace inspection and repair on Utility system (e.g. water, gas, electrical, HVAC).

• Development of existing machinery to improve efficiency and / or make recommendations of new equipment which may improve efficiency.

• Keep maintenance reports and make records for all the repair works thy conduct on the machinery.

• Maintain inventory for the tools and place orders for new ones when they are required.

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

• Check electrical, pneumatic and chiller systems of buildings to ensure Utility functionality.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system in machinery and building infrastructure.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as a part of a team.

• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, procedure, and safety protocol.

• To support in the project management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office and Maintenace software application (SAP, MES).

• Maintain spare part inventory and place orders as necessary

BE Mechanical /Automobile Engineering preferred.
