• Analyze large, complex data sets representing users’ behavior, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions.
• Work closely with Product, Monetization and management, be proactive and provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies and future product roadmaps and business strategies.
• Plan and analyze effective A/B tests in order to improve business KPIs.
• Balance and monitor flows from all the features in the game.
• Measure and improve performance of promotions and live-ops for each segment.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor product performance, key business metrics and player’s experience.

• 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a web or mobile company, online gaming industry.
• BSc/BA in highly quantitative field such as mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge.
• Outstanding analytical & technical skills.
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.

Advantage:

• Previous analytical experience in the gaming industry.
• Python, R or any other scripting language.

• Develop data science models to support business decision-making and improve KPIs across various areas.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• 3+ years of working experience in the field of advanced research using Data Science tools
• BSc degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL and data science toolkits.
• Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and end to end machine learning flow: data extraction, feature engineering, model building and performance evaluation.
• Experience in AB testing
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
• Self-learner, strong can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
• Working experience in the gaming industry - an advantage

• Own projects from initial discussions to release including data exploration, architecture design, benchmark of new technologies and product feedback.
• Work with massive amounts of data from different sources using state-of-the-art technology to make big data accessible in real-time.
• Develop and deploy real-time and batch data processing infrastructures.
• Manage the development of distributed data pipelines and complex software designs to support high data rates (millions of daily active users) using cloud-based tools.
• Work closely with company stakeholders on data related issues.
• Develop unit, integration, e2e and load tests.

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer including design & development.
• Proven experience with Java or Go.
• Experience in design and development of scalable big data solutions.
• Experience working in a cloud-based environment.
• Passionate about technologies, frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Spring / Kubernetes - Advantage
• Experience with Terraform / Helm / Argo - Advantage
