The Regional Director, Enterprise Acquisition role with MongoDB in the United States, Austin is an exciting and challenging position where the successful candidate will oversee the growth of the sales region. As Regional Director, Enterprise Acquisition, you will be integral to identifying, targeting, and gaining new customers for the company. You will be responsible for driving and executing sales strategies to bring in revenue. You will need to bring a deep understanding of market trends, buyer preferences, and customer motivations. You must be able to translate this understanding into convincing presentations and sales opportunities for MongoDB. Additionally, you will need to be well-versed in software-as-a-service offerings and subscription-based sales models and be able to identify the business benefit and value that the product brings customers. You will need the ability to identify strategic opportunities, build relationships with enterprise clients, and develop long-term relationships. You must be highly organized with exceptional communication skills and have the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
